Shipping and Handling
is currently offering a special rate of $6.00 for standard shipping within the United States and Canada. We will ship your in-stock order within 2 - 3 business days via U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. If you require speedier delivery, please contact Elyse at 972-896-2160. Additional charges may apply for rush shipment or shipping outside of the U.S. or Canada.
We ship all in-stock merchandise as soon as possible. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday, except during some holidays.
The shipping costs list applies only to the US and Canada. All other foriegn orders should contact us for current USPS Global Priority shipping rates to your country.
Items may also be shipped to a different address when specified.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through Pay Pal.
Packaging and Gift Wrapping
Eggs are normally packaged in gift wrapped cans or plain sturdy boxes. Gift wrapping and card service is available at no extra charge. To order gift wrapping, just include the words "Gift Wrap" and write your message for the card in the "Add Comments About Your Order" box during the check-out process.
Return Policy
Merchandise purchased at Handmade By Elyse may be returned within 14 days as long as the items returned are in the original condition. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be given in the same tender as original purchase. If there is a problem with breakage during shipping, please contact Elyse at 972-896-2160 prior to returning the merchandise.
